Job Overview:

At POINT MARK CONSTRUCTION LTD, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Steel Stud Framer to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for preparing layouts, measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials to ensure the highest quality of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Layout Preparation: Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Material Handling: Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, steel, and other materials to meet project requirements.
  • Construction Execution: Build foundations, install floor beams, and erect walls and roof systems to meet project specifications.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Maintain, repair, and renovate wooden structures in various establishments to ensure their integrity and safety.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Personal Protective Equipment: Own steel-toed safety boots and hard hat to ensure a safe working environment.
