Position Overview

The Communications and Events Coordinator at CENTURY PRIVATE SCHOOL plays a vital role in enhancing the school's visibility and engagement through strategic communication and event management.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a related field
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute a variety of events aimed at promoting the school, fundraising, and disseminating information.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies and initiatives.
  • Create bibliographies, indexes, reading lists, guides, and other supportive materials.
  • Serve as a representative for the school in various capacities.
  • Advise clients on advertising and promotional strategies.
  • Handle both written and verbal inquiries with professionalism.
  • Assist in the production of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other communication materials.
  • Organize special promotional events and activities.
  • Research and compile communication resources and materials.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media representatives.
  • Develop and deliver educational and promotional programs, materials, and sessions.
