Event Coordinator

TSM Foods Inc. is seeking a skilled Event Planner to join our team. As an Event Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various events, including conferences, meetings, and social gatherings.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Prepare and present budgets for events, ensuring accurate financial planning and management.
- Logistics and Coordination: Arrange for shipping, receiving, and storage of event materials, as well as coordinate media services and confirm speakers.
- Event Design: Research and design special events programs, including planning for VIP arrangements and social events.
- Reporting and Evaluation: Prepare final financial and other reports, evaluating the success of events and identifying areas for improvement.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Work Setting: Catering firm.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, organized, team player, time management, and resourcefulness.
