Job Title: Insurance Account Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Account Representative to join our team at Josh Dennis Insurance Inc. As an Insurance Account Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven sales and customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Insurance licenses required (OTL)

This is a full-time position within a Desjardins Insurance Agency in Fredericton, NB. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment and will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
