About the Role

FMI National Inc is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 16-20 staff members to ensure they are meeting our high standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Operations Management: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and scheduling.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, including maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to multitask, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
