Job Title: Powder Coater

We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join our team at Impact Coatings Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for applying a variety of coatings to metal surfaces using electrostatic and hand-held spray guns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply powdered coatings to metal surfaces using electrostatic and hand-held spray guns
  • Check products for quality control and ensure they meet our high standards
  • Operate and maintain equipment, including electroplating and hot-dip metal plating equipment
  • Prepare and mix metallizing solutions according to formulas or specifications
  • Notify supervisor or repairers of mechanical malfunctions
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
