Job Title: Powder Coater

We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join our team at Impact Coatings Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for applying protective and decorative coatings to metal surfaces using electrostatic and hand-held spray guns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare work areas to ensure a safe and efficient production process
  • Operate electroplating equipment to coat metal surfaces with powdered coatings
  • Check products for quality control and ensure they meet our high standards
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve production goals and deadlines
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a related field, preferably in electroplating or surface finishing
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other personal protective equipment required
