Job Title: Powder Coater

We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join our team at Impact Coatings Inc. As a key member of our coating team, you will be responsible for applying powder coatings to metal surfaces using electrostatic and hand-held spray guns.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have experience working with electroplating equipment, powder coatings, and surface preparation methods. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality coatings and adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
  • Apply powder coatings to metal surfaces using electrostatic and hand-held spray guns
  • Operate and maintain electroplating equipment
  • Prepare and mix metallizing solutions according to formulas or specifications
  • Check products for quality control
  • Notify supervisor or repairers of mechanical malfunctions
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset

Work Environment:
