Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement multi-dimensional reporting frameworks to support decision-making
  • Create annual business plans and updated forecasts in collaboration with senior management
  • Prepare executive-level reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, forecasts, and budgets
  • Perform a key role in overall financial data strategy governance and alignment with internal stakeholders
  • Support and oversee financial analysis and related visualization through the use of Power BI
  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and coaching to the finance team and business unit leaders
  • Develop and communicate the annual business planning calendar, including budgeting, forecasting, and initiative planning
  • Participate in special projects requiring financial analysis to support operational decision-making
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary graduate in finance, accounting, or business with a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience
  • Completed CPA designation
  • Prior experience working for a not-for-profit organization is an asset
  • Highly analytical with significant experience analyzing and summarizing large amounts of data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and experienced with advanced Excel functions and formulas
