Restaurant Operations Manager

Burger Shack is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our culinary team to success.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate Daily Operations: Assess the performance of our restaurant, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
- Monitor Staff Performance: Supervise and guide our team members to ensure they meet our high standards for quality and service.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement strategies to optimize our menu offerings, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Recruit and Train Staff: Attract and hire talented individuals to join our team, providing comprehensive training to ensure they excel in their roles.
- Set Staff Work Schedules: Create and manage schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs.
- Determine Services and Implement Procedures: Decide on the types of services to offer and develop operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Negotiate with Suppliers: Establish relationships with food and supply vendors to secure the best prices and quality.
- Negotiate with Clients: Build relationships with clients to secure catering and facility rental agreements.
- Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly to customer complaints and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work Term and Hours: This is a permanent position, requiring 35 hours of work per week.
