The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator – Contracts Administrator. This role is responsible for managing customer orders, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining excellent communication with production and customer teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify the accuracy of incoming and receiving reports from shipping.
- Process customer inquiries, requests for quotes, and warranty claims in a timely and efficient manner.
- Track and support the progress of customer warranty claims, collaborating with QA staff to ensure resolution.
- Participate in weekly production, business development, and warranty progress meetings.
- Prepare and distribute weekly customer progress reports.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of staff to ensure customer requirements are met.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar industrial environment managing fixed contracts.
- Previous experience with process flow systems.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
- High level of commitment to customer service.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
