About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Coldwell Banker Real Estate Professionals. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of senior staff, providing guidance and direction to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure the efficient operation of the organization.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, ensuring the effective representation of our interests.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior management role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and its trends.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required.
