About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our team at RASOI EAST INDIAN AND HAKKA CHINESE CUISINE. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and take steps to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Supply Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and equipped to meet the demands of our menu.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment that meets health and safety standards.
