Job Summary

Unified Valve Group Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Fort St. John branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the profitability of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Manage and meet branch budget, including controlling expenses and maintaining profitability
  • Engage in business development through effective networking and relationship-building
  • Lead and manage a team of employees, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities
  • Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, including inspection, reporting, and record-keeping requirements
  • Communicate effectively with senior management, stakeholders, and customers

Requirements

  • 5 years of strong business management experience with P&L accountability
  • Proven track record managing in an industrial oil and gas environment
  • Ability and willingness to step in and work in the shop when needed
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with MS Great Plains Dynamics an asset
