Branch Manager Opportunity

Unified Valve Group Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Branch Manager to lead our Fort St. John branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the profitability of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Manage branch budget and expenses, ensuring control and efficiency
  • Engage in effective business development, networking, and marketing efforts
  • Lead and manage a team of personnel, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities
  • Ensure adherence to our Quality and Safety Program, including inspection, reporting, and record-keeping requirements
  • Maintain open communication with Senior Management and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of business management experience with P&L accountability
  • Proven track record in managing industrial oil and gas environments
  • Ability to step in and work in the shop when needed
  • Aptitude for business development and growth
  • Previous experience with PRV, PSV, and API/ANSI valves an asset
  • Unified Valve Group Valve Tech 1, Tech 2, and Tester Training Program, or equivalent training, an asset
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Very strong computer skills and ability to learn new software and technology
