Key Responsibilities- Sanitation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize all kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage spaces, appliances, and equipment.
- Cleaning Supplies Management: Properly handle and store cleaning products to ensure safety and compliance.
- Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and organize supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage locations.
- Waste Management: Efficiently remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a tidy workspace.
- Knife Maintenance: Sharpen kitchen knives to ensure they are in optimal condition for food preparation.
- Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Food Preparation: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits as needed for meal preparation.
Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
Experience: On-the-job training will be provided.
