Role: Front Desk Associate

As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will play a vital role in supporting daily operations, driving sales, and fostering strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Operations:
    • Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and process sales transactions efficiently.
    • Provide team members with daily appointment updates and ensure timely service delivery.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment for clients and guests.
    • Stock merchandise, retail supplies, and products, ensuring proper display and organization.
    • Communicate inventory needs, supply requests, and general operational requirements to the Boutique Manager.
    • Handle laundry, folding, and restocking of linens, reporting any maintenance concerns to the Boutique Manager.
    • Assist the Boutique Manager with daily tasks, events, and ad-hoc projects.
    • Communicate promptly with the Boutique Manager regarding appointment issues, client feedback, and any complaints.
    • Perform opening and closing procedures, including cleaning, drawer counts, and safety checks.
  • Customer Relations & Sales:
    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our brand, products, and services.
    • Promote products and services effectively, leveraging your knowledge to guide clients.
    • Proactively engage with clients, presenting merchandise in a professional and persuasive manner.
    • Exceed client expectations by providing exceptional service and personalized attention.
    • Maintain composure and professionalism while resolving customer inquiries or concerns effectively.
    • Support event setup and assist the Boutique Manager with event logistics and execution.
    • Cultivate strong communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues seamlessly.
    • Participate in training programs to enhance your product knowledge and sales techniques.
    • Communicate customer preferences, stock requirements, and special event details to the Manager.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, beauty, or luxury retail environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with strong telephone etiquette.
  • Proven problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Flexible, eager to learn, self-motivated, sales-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Detail-oriented, high energy, positive attitude, team player, passionate, and organized.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, booking software, POS systems, and technology.
