Job Title: Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at Realstar Management. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential properties, including maintenance, repairs, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all maintenance and repair activities, including scheduling and supervising contractors and staff.
  • Ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed in a timely and efficient manner, and that all work is done to a high standard.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their maintenance requests and resolving any issues in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including inventory and equipment management.
  • Develop and implement maintenance and repair budgets, and ensure that all expenses are within budget.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including property management and customer service, to ensure that all maintenance and repair activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a residential property management setting.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair principles, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and property management software.
