About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at BMO Financial Group. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment processes and procedures
  • Provide recruitment metrics and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • HR designation or certification
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a focus on talent acquisition and retention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
