Senior Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer to lead our team in the design and development of high-speed analog ICs for optical communications products.
Key Responsibilities- Architect, design, layout, measure, and productize ultra-deep sub-micron-based CMOS products for high-speed serial links, voltage regulators, high-performance output drivers, and phase-locked loops.
- Lead efforts for large blocks on complex chips, mentor team members, and track deliverables.
- Participate in peer review of complex IC designs and provide solid design methodology from conception to production.
- Collaborate with packaging and hardware design teams to ensure signal and power integrity specifications are met.
- BSEE degree with 8+ years of experience, or equivalent; an MS degree with 6+ years of experience, or equivalent; or a PhD with 3+ years of experience, or equivalent.
- Experience in designing high-speed ICs in at least three areas: high-speed serial links, voltage regulators, high-performance output drivers, phase-locked loops, and opamps.
- Direct experience with electrical transceiver applications, including backplane and cable communications.
- Experience with FinFET technology.
- Experience with design for manufacturability, including characterization over PVT, electromigration analysis, and power and IR drop analysis.
- Experience with laboratory validation, including solid ESD laboratory practices and methodology.
- Experience with software tools, including Spectre, APS, SpectreX, layout validation tools, post-layout extraction tools, and EMX.
