About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team at CanWest Concrete Cutting & Coring Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed estimates for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and contractors to ensure accurate estimates and project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to gather data and information for estimates.
  • Prepare and present detailed estimates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction estimating or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
