Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Service Drug Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and manage a team of pharmacy professionals to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and regulatory compliance.
    • Ensure that all pharmacy operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure that our pharmacy services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of our pharmacy team to identify areas for improvement.
  • Business Development
    • Identify opportunities for business growth and development, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
    • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement business plans that align with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmacy management role.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
