Job Title: Line Cook

At BR Heritage Inc, we are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and meet customer demands.
Requirements:
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Line Cook will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral communication skills, be organized, and have a strong attention to detail.
