Job Title: Civil Construction Working Foreman

At Volker Stevin Contracting Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Construction Working Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a crew and equipment to complete civil, residential, or oilfield grading projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise work at the assigned jobsite, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and maintaining records and reporting.
  • Ensure good employee relations and optimize resources through proper planning and coordination of work.
  • Be responsible for uniformity and compliance with contract specifications, reviewing and completing required documentation.
Leadership and Performance Management:
  • Encourage high-quality service and lead by example.
  • Apply company performance standards (QA/QC) requirements for all maintenance activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of civil or oilfield grading experience.
  • Valid Class 5 AB driver's license with a clean abstract.
  • Proficiency in computer skills is considered an asset.
