About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grading Foreman to join our team at Mainline Construction. As a Grading Foreman, you will play a key role in the supervision of our grading operations, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of grading crews, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement plans to optimize resource utilization and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil or oilfield grading operations.
  • Valid Class 5 AB driver's license with a clean abstract.
  • Proficiency in computer skills is considered an asset.
