About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at IMAAN CONSTRUCTION GROUP. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Materials: Safely load and unload construction materials, equipment, and supplies from vehicles and storage areas.
  • Site Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and repairing equipment, and ensuring the site is free from hazards.
  • Material Handling: Assist in the mixing, pouring, and spreading of materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Earthwork: Level earth to fine grade specifications and pave and rake asphalt.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Cleanliness: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Work Environment

As a Construction Laborer, you will work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to work outdoors, underground, and in noisy and dusty conditions.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Physical Demands: The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Attention to Detail: You must have attention to detail and be able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: You must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with colleagues.
