About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Envirosafe Janitorial Inc. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators, handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, pick up debris and empty trash containers, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Address customers' complaints or concerns, work under pressure, handle heavy loads, physically demanding tasks, and repetitive tasks.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, and physically demanding tasks.
  • Physical Capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, and walking, standing for extended periods.
