Job Title: Heavy Duty Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Heavy Duty Cleaner to join our team at Quality Inn. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our hotel.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs. Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse. Empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment. Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.
  • Bathroom Cleaning: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
  • Winter Maintenance: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
