Role Responsibilities
In this full-time position, you will:
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of counsellors
  • Assist in managing clinical services alongside the Clinical Director
  • Coordinate training and onboarding for new staff members
  • Develop and assess treatment programs in line with best practices
  • Establish rapport with clients promptly upon assignment
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans
  • Facilitate therapy sessions and group workshops
  • Maintain communication with referral agents and support networks

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counselling or a related field
  • Relevant licensure and certifications
  • A minimum of three years of experience in substance use disorder treatment
  • Experience in acute care or inpatient settings
  • Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills

We value a compassionate approach and the ability to foster a collaborative environment for both clients and staff. A clear criminal record check and references will be required for the successful candidate.
