Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated **Administrative Assistant** to facilitate our office operations at **Time International Academy Inc.** This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative processes and supporting our team in various capacities.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years in a similar role.
- Manage and distribute incoming mail and other communications.
- Organize and coordinate daily operational tasks.
- Oversee and guide junior staff members.
- Provide training and support to new employees.
- Arrange and confirm appointments efficiently.
- Handle telephone inquiries and relay messages appropriately.
- Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively communicate promotional messages.
This position operates in a **fast-paced environment**, requiring adaptability and efficiency.
