Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work independently with adult clients in their home settings, providing assessments and developing care plans to improve their communication and swallowing abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments in home settings using standardized tools
  • Develop care plans based on evidence-based information and clinical expertise
  • Partner with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to achieve care goals

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a recognized Post-Secondary program in Speech Language Pathology
  • Current active registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Excellent communication and analytic skills
