Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Beaverhill Shell. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain our inventory, ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and that our customers have access to the products they need.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers leave our store satisfied.
- Merchandising: Authorize the return of merchandise and ensure that our store is visually appealing and well-organized.
- Store Operations: Work closely with our store management team to ensure that our store is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Permanent Full-Time Position
- 40 hours per week
- English Language
