We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 881 CORNER GAS Ltd.
Job SummaryThe Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Order Merchandise: Place orders for merchandise, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing stockouts.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining store inventory.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for sales workers, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
- Prepare Reports: Generate reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights for store improvement.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
