Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loss Prevention Officer to join our team at London Drugs Limited. As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will play a critical role in protecting our assets and preventing losses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Surveillance and Investigations: Conduct thorough surveillance and investigations to identify and prevent losses.
  • Maintain Loss Prevention Systems: Ensure that all loss prevention systems are properly maintained and functioning correctly.
  • Identify and Address Losses: Identify areas of loss and work with the team to develop and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage.
  • Apprehend and Secure Evidence: Detect and apprehend individuals committing criminal offenses against the company, and secure evidence for court testimony.
  • Special Assignments: Participate in special assignments, including lock repair, key control, staff awareness, and orientation.
  • Security and Maintenance: Maintain the overall security of our locations.
Requirements
  • Extensive Training: Possess extensive training in loss prevention and security, including in-house training programs.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for report writing and court testimony.
  • High Integrity: Possess high ethical standards and a commitment to personal and professional integrity.
  • Availability: Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous Experience: Have previous experience in loss prevention or a related field, or possess relevant education and training.
