Job Title: Response Centre Specialist Full Time

London Drugs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Response Centre Specialist to join our Loss Prevention team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring company locations via remote systems, responding to incidents, and ensuring that documentation meets established protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Protect company assets and reduce losses through proactive monitoring and incident response.
  • Monitor designated company locations remotely, providing dispatch information to emergency responders as needed.
  • Provide support to internal customers, preparing incident reports and evidence packages to meet company and legal standards.
  • Conduct daily compliance audits and telephone interviews to ensure adherence to protocols.
Requirements:
  • Possess a current provincial security worker license with a security guard designation.
  • Hold First Aid and W.H.I.M.I.S. training certifications.
  • Have a basic working knowledge of computers, networks, and security systems, including CCTV, remote video, and access control.
  • Understand criminal code sections applicable to Loss Prevention and protocols for collecting and handling evidence.
  • Have a working knowledge of retail loss prevention and security practices.

This is a full-time position, and candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, Monday through Sunday, 40 hours per week. The Response Centre is a 24/7, 365-day operation, and employees will be scheduled on a rotational basis for shifts that include days, afternoons, evenings, and overnights.
