Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Hot Pot Grill Authentic Indian Cuisine. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff
  • Develop and implement menus and recipes
  • Source and purchase high-quality ingredients
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Train and mentor junior staff members
  • Monitor and control food costs and inventory
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
