Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary Brand Manager to join our team at CPG Connect, a dynamic Canadian company in the healthy snacks industry. As a key member of our marketing team, you will drive brand strategy, lead new product development, and spearhead integrated marketing programs across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Comprehensive Brand Strategies: Create and implement brand strategies that drive business growth and increase market share.
  2. Lead New Product Development: Oversee the development of new products from concept to launch, ensuring they meet market trends and consumer needs.
  3. Manage Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels, including packaging, advertising, and digital platforms.
  4. Analyze Market Trends: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer data to identify growth opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
  5. Oversee Forecasting and Inventory Management: Directly oversee forecasting and inventory management across all e-commerce channels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  6. Direct Digital Marketing Agencies: Direct e-commerce and social media agencies to drive key performance indicators (KPIs) across digital platforms, including content creation, SEO, paid advertising, and promotions.
  7. Develop Marketing Collateral: Develop marketing collateral for trade shows, displays, and sales presentations to effectively communicate brand value and messaging.
  8. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, R&D, supply chain, finance, operations, and QA, to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
  9. Manage Agency and Partnership Relationships: Manage agency and partnership relationships to ensure effective collaboration and delivery of marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

  1. Post-graduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  2. 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the food and beverage or FMCG industries.
  3. Proven ability to extract and present data meaningfully.
  4. Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies.
  5. Knowledge of digital and e-commerce KPIs is a strong asset.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
