About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to join our team at The J.M. Smucker Co. This is a leadership role that will involve managing assigned brands and developing strategic plans to drive sales, market share, and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual and long-term business and marketing communications plans
  • Build an innovation pipeline and lead innovation projects from concept to commercialization
  • Manage the brand team and their work, including supporting or leading execution of plans and product launches
  • Conduct ongoing evaluation of brand strategy and course correct as required
  • Optimize the total Profit & Loss statement on the business
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in business or alternative degree or diploma
  • Minimum 6 years marketing or CPG experience with a preference for both
  • Experience managing others an asset
  • Strong communication, project management, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to deliver results by working with cross-functional teams
