Job Title: Hairdressing Salon Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hairdressing Salon Supervisor to join our team at Trends Salon & Spa.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hairdressing salon, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule work for our hairdressing team, arrange for maintenance and repair work, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • Leadership and Training: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and establish work schedules and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Be the point of contact for emergency situations, ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit progress and other reports, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our salon is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and be a team player.
