Job Title: Senior Business Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Business Consultant to join our team at Sia Partners. As a Senior Business Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Product Owners to create, update, and refine user stories
  • Gather and clarify business requirements with stakeholders
  • Use monitoring tools to manage applications and respond to business and technical alerts
  • Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders, and business partners
  • Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives
  • Analyze complex regulatory requirements and translate them into tangible business requirements
  • Experience in performing rules impact assessments and documentation
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address rule ambiguities and regulatory compliance issues

Qualifications:

  • Experience with MiFID I or II rules implementation
  • Extensive experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, field mappings, and transformation rules
  • Familiarity with documenting traceability matrices from regulatory rules to business requirements
  • Good understanding of financial instruments in scope for MiFID regulation
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in regulatory reporting and compliance documentation
  • Ability to quickly adapt to regulatory changes and document requirements
  • Desire to continuously learn and stay updated on regulatory changes
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
