Senior Business Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Consultant to join our team at IFG International Financial Group Ltd. This is a 12-month contract position, primarily remote/hybrid flexible in Toronto.

About the Role

The successful candidate will support the transition of back office software and book of business for the bank's Insurance arm. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing objective advice, expertise, and specialist skills to help solve various issues.
  • Analyzing existing practices, positions, and data to understand the client, industry, and nature of business.
  • Working closely with the project management team to determine required resources and create timelines.
  • Developing implementation strategies and assisting in the implementation of solutions.
  • Performing and organizing ongoing support for customers, including report building, data quality, new integrations, etc.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of related experience in the insurance industry, data transition/integrations.
  • Extensive knowledge of the insurance industry.
  • Project management experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • An advanced degree (MBA) is preferred.
