Job Title: Senior Business Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Consultant to join our team at Sia Partners. As a Senior Business Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients in the capital markets sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather and clarify business requirements
  • Develop and refine user stories with the Product Owner
  • Use monitoring tools to manage applications and respond to business/technical alerts
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and business partners
  • Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives
  • Analyze complex regulatory requirements and translate them into tangible business requirements
  • Perform rules impact assessments and documentation
  • Address rule ambiguities and regulatory compliance issues
Requirements:
  • Experience with MiFID I or II rules implementation
  • Extensive experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, field mappings, and transformation rules
  • Familiarity with documenting traceability matrices from regulatory rules to business requirements
  • Good understanding of financial instruments in scope for MiFID regulation
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in regulatory reporting and compliance documentation
  • Ability to quickly adapt to regulatory changes and document requirements
  • Desire to continuously learn and stay updated on regulatory changes
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
