Service Administrator Role

As a key member of the National Call Centre department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist technicians and customers with obtaining purchase orders and auditing invoices for discrepancies.

You will be responsible for moving service work orders through to closing and obtaining missing information to accurately bill customers. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining data integrity within our business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high volumes of data entries with a strong sense of urgency
  • Audit technical quotations and maintain data integrity within business systems
  • Manage order entry processes and ensure timely response to inquiries
  • Liaise with road service technicians to coordinate service calls and provide additional information as needed

What You'll Achieve:

  • Optimally manage the administration and completion of purchase order processes
  • Maximize the efficiency of onsite services to customers through productive management and administration of technician work orders
  • Accurately oversee the posting of lost time for technicians, work order statuses, and billing and re-billing of services
