Job Title: Bilingual Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Sales Coordinator to join our team at Expeditors. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in our district office and Expeditors network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an assigned territory and develop a deep understanding of potential customers and competitors in this area.
  • Timely data entry in our Customer Relationship Management tool to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and collaborate with regional teams, Geo, and Knowledge Management resources to create value-added solutions for their logistics needs.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with a diverse mix of opportunities across verticals and Expeditors services.
  • Support the transition of new accounts and ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Support AR (accounts receivable) collection and own the credit setup process with new customers.
  • Attend training and development sessions to enhance selling skills and stay up-to-date on Expeditors products and services.
  • Participate in local trade groups as directed by the DSM and make 50 sales calls every month or as directed.
  • Meet individual budgets and have a diversified sales pipeline across verticals and Expeditors services.
Requirements:
  • Oral and written proficiency in French and English.
  • Well-versed in the trade market with 2-5 years of sales experience.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work productively individually and in a team environment.
  • Sense of urgency for goal achievement and self-motivation in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong rapport and relationship-building skills.
  • Empowered to make quick decisions in response to changing conditions.
  • Influences others to action and demonstrates timeliness and accountability for results.
  • Presentation skills and bilingual in English and French.
