Job Summary:

Mintz Global Screening is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Global Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to applicants and clients, ensuring seamless interactions and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service support to applicants and clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle and resolve technical issues related to applicant processing, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Document and track customer support tickets using our customer support system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Obtain and evaluate relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints, ensuring a thorough understanding of customer needs.
  • Validate all information submitted by applicants, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure that all required documents are attached to the customer's request/applicant file, including consent documents as needed.
  • Liaise with clients/applicants to ensure that all necessary information is collected to proceed with background verification.
  • Evaluate and prioritize issues, handling them in accordance with company policies and procedures as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Bilingualism in English and French (required).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service-related role.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent typing ability.

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both English and French.
