Job Title: Clinical Planner

About the Role:

The Clinical Planner will play a key role in the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre Redevelopment Project Management Office (PMO) team, working closely with clinical teams and stakeholders to develop detailed design and operational plans for the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction and organization over planning activities for specified areas within the project
  • Collaborate with clinical teams and senior leaders to define project needs and priorities
  • Liaise with community stakeholders to develop detailed design and operational plans
  • Work with site operations to identify and manage impacts to zone/RDRHC programs and services
  • Develop and implement operational plans and standards for assigned areas

Requirements:

  • Experience working in complex clinical environments
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage change and create innovative solutions
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
  • Proven experience in project planning, execution, reporting, monitoring, and evaluation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro
  • Experience and certification in quality improvement, change management, business case development, and operational planning and budgeting
