Handyman/Woman - Maintenance and Repair Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Handyman/Woman to join our team at 9280-2966 QUEBEC INC. as a Maintenance and Repair Specialist.
Key Responsibilities- Perform Routine Maintenance: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
- Appliance Repair: Perform minor repairs on appliances to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Safety and Security Checks: Conduct regular safety and security checks to identify potential hazards and take corrective action.
- Heavy Lifting and Moving: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Routine Maintenance Jobs: Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
- Winter Maintenance: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safe access.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock.
- On-Site Servicing: Perform on-site servicing and repair of equipment and facilities.
- Client Communication: Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks and responsibilities. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy loads.
