We are seeking a skilled Handyman/Woman to join our team at 9280-2966 QUEBEC INC. as a Maintenance and Repair Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities, including adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct safety and security checks to identify and address potential hazards.
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair to maintain the appearance and integrity of our facilities.
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safe access to our facilities.
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary materials to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Perform on-site servicing and repair to minimize downtime and ensure that our facilities are operational at all times.
  • Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries to ensure that we are providing excellent customer service.
