In alignment with the core values and vision of our organization, the Registered Care Aide operates under the guidance of a Registered Nurse or designated professional, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate client care in accordance with established protocols, standards, and policies.
CompensationThe updated wage is: $29.83/hour
Work ScheduleShifts include Evenings and Nights, from 15:00 to 23:00 and 23:00 to 07:00 (Rotating).
Required Qualifications- Completion of Grade 10 and graduation from a recognized Nursing Assistant Program, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, with registration in the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with others.
- Physical capability to perform the responsibilities of the role.
- Organizational skills to manage work effectively.
- Proficiency in operating relevant equipment.
