Job Title: Registered Nurse - Community and Acute Care

We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse with a dedication for delivering compassionate patient care to join our team at Northern Health Authority.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, providing comprehensive assessment and care to clients with complex discharge planning and service needs. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive assessment and care to clients with complex discharge planning and service needs
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement integrated care plans
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in leadership and development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant
  • Two (2) years recent related clinical experience, including a combination of Community and Acute Care nursing experience
  • Current valid driver's license and access to reliable personal vehicle
